Major powers urge 'constructive' Kosovo talks: Miliband

Major powers urged Serbia and
Kosovo Albanian separatists to show
"a constructive spirit" in their
upcoming direct talks here on the
Serbian breakaway province's future
status, Foreign Secretary David
Miliband said late Thursday.
He made the statement at the end of
closed-door discussions among the
six-nation contact group on Kosovo,
which laid the groundwork for
Friday's talks in New York between
Serbia and Kosovo's Albanian
separatist leaders.
